Head Chef, Alex and his team have been working hard over the past few weeks to create some delicious new dishes for you to enjoy over the summer months.
We have experienced some beautiful weather over the past few weeks and we hope to enjoy many more relaxing summer evenings in our garden. New on the menu our summer sharing board is perfect for chilled evenings watching the sunset over to Roodee. Piled high with delicious treat including, smoked mushroom arancini, garlic and parmesan dough balls, peppers stuffed with feta cheese, confit artichokes, halloumi chips and a colourful selection of pickled and raw vegetables.
For those looking for a light bite during the day, chef has created some fresh salads and tasty sandwiches for you to try. The smoked salmon and beetroot salad, with lambs leaf and citrus dressing, is the perfect light dish to accompany warmer days.
New for the summer months we have introduced some additional stone baked pizzas and burgers to sit alongside our traditional selection, including a Thai green vegan pizza with roasted broccoli, radishes and red peppers and a Korean BBQ chicken burger, topped with kimchi slaw, gochujang mayo and fries.
The new additions to the menu will be available from Wednesday 11 July and we would love to know your thoughts!
