On the menu, there will be a selection of light summer dishes including, a peppered hot smoked mackerel with citrus fennel, gooseberry & smashed avocado salad and traditional pub classics. The star of the show will, of course, be roast beef with rosemary and thyme roast potatoes, seasonal veg and fluffy Yorkshire puds. Chef’s Lemon polenta cake with pistachio ice-cream and orange curd is not to be missed.
