This year Valentines Day falls on a Wednesday, so what better excuse to book a mid-week date night. This year, chef and the team have created a delicious three-course menu for you and your special someone to enjoy.
Start your evening with Giles Shaws organic smoked salmon, from one of Scotlands oldest independent, owner-operated Salmon farms, the salmon is then cured in a mix of salt and sugar for two days before it is carefully smoked over seven days at a smokehouse ran by Giles Shaw. Served with Jeffries Chester gin and tonic syrup & juniper crème fraîche.
Then why not go all out with a shared main course, enjoy a 16oz, 35 day dry aged classic Chateaubriand to share, served with twice cooked truffle and Parmesan chips and rich peppercorn sauce. Followed by a gooey dark chocolate fondant, served with salted caramel ice cream.
