Working pattern: Full Time – 5 days out of 7
Salary: Basic £25k
This family friendly Gastro Pub is set in the centre of Chester Racecourse and is currently looking for an experienced and dynamic Sous Chef with a background of working in high volume British gastro pubs. As second in command you will offer full support to the current Head Chef managing the brigade of up to 8 chefs to ensure the highest quality of food production, using all fresh and local produce to deliver exceptional mouth-watering menus.
